Nestled on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania’s coffee farms benefit from some of the richest volcanic soils in the world. This high-altitude region creates ideal growing conditions for Arabica coffee, especially the prized Peaberry — a naturally occurring mutation where only one small, round seed develops inside the cherry, concentrating flavor and aroma.

The farms in Sul de Minas are small to medium in size, typically ranging from 10 to 150 hectares. Many have been farmed by the same families for generations, passing down their deep knowledge of the land. Their dedication and care result in beans that truly capture the essence of Brazilian coffee—smooth, flavorful, and naturally comforting.
