From Family Farms to Cooperative Excellence

The Cooperativa Multifuncional Family Coffee R.L. (COMULFAC) was established in 2013 by a group of dedicated family-owned farms, supported by J&M Family, a privately-owned export company. Each farm—ranging from 4 to 100 acres—operates its own micro-mill, ensuring full control of quality and processing.

These families take exceptional care during every stage of production—from handpicking the cherries to depulping, fermenting, and sun drying the beans. By joining COMULFAC, they’ve united under one vision: to share resources, raise production standards, and create a better future for their families and local communities.
